We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Sales Manager with at least
1 year of experience in the real estate sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate leads through networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that attract and engage potential buyers.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting performance metrics and areas of improvement.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines related to real estate transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and trends.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
